i’ve been busy!

i’ve gotten several LOs done in the past few days.  here are the most recent.

first up, a speed scrap from Thursday:

then, a couple using “Sugar Pea” by Haynay Designs, which was released yesterday.  i don’t say it enough, but i really enjoy working with heather’s kits.  she always has great stuff and even when it’s a theme that i don’t have pictures for, her kits are versatile enough that i always find uses for them!

this one is using “Sugar Pea” along with “Frames Provided,” a new template pack by Sya’s Blueprints that also released yesterday.  my sister took these sweet pics of my cousin’s cutie last fall and this kit just begged for cute pics of a little girl!

back to CT-ing!

The past month or so has been pretty crazy, so I’ve had to take a bit of a break from my regular CT duties.  I hate to let a designer down, but sometime life just happens!  I moved into my new place this week and am finally getting settled, so this weekend I’ve gotten back to it.  🙂

Haynay Designs just released this super cute “Twice as Nice” collab kit (with Simply Sweet Designs) called “It’s a Jungle Out There.”  It’s full of cute animal prints, great colors and fun animals.  It’s perfect for zoo pics, but pretty versatile as well.  Here’s what I put together with it tonight:

I also did this one with another of her new kits “Hoop It Up” last week.  I don’t have any basketball pictures, but it’s a very versatile kit and I had no trouble using it!:

This month, I have the priviledge of doing a guest CT spot for Sya’s Blueprints (check out her shop at scrapmatters!).  She’s got great kits and lots of fabulous template packs.  Here’s what I did using her latest kit (a collab with Juno Designs), “Happiness Is”:

I’m so glad to finally be able to get back to doing a bit of scrapping.  It’s such a stress reliever for me, not to mention fun!

life has been more chaotic than usual the past few weeks (a move to canada, a trip to mexico, apartment hunting when i got back, and now furniture shopping/hunting) and, though i’ve kept up with project 365, i’ve once again neglected this poor little blog.  so i’ll just give you one big update with 4 weeks worth of layouts.  hold onto your horses!
